To do so, I've created this general application for me to keep your experience and interests on file in my talent pool. That way, when I have a role you might be a good fit for, I'll have your info on hand and can reach out to see if you are interested in the role. 

Before you submit an application, here is some information:

• As of now, most of the jobs I recruit for are in the nonprofit or social impact space, and occasionally health care. Though not exclusively, most of the roles tend to be located on the Northeast or remote - and most do not have capacity to sponsor work visas. (While hopefully this changes: transparency is important!)
• My recruiting ranges from just sourcing all the way to conducting references, thought partnership, and facilitating final round interviews. 
• This application has a number of optional questions, the more information you give me, the better understanding I will have about you as a candidate. However, I understand the stress of jobseekers - so write what feels possible right now.
